International delivery and turnaround

Total turnaround times comprise production time and delivery. We use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed and dedicated couriers for international deliveries.

Shipping to the mainland UK is included in our pricing (except our print and mount products). Trade customers receive free priority service. Additional charges for international deliveries are as follows:

Giclée, rolled canvas, self-adhesive prints
- Delivered in 3-8 business days

Sizes up to A1 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked/Signature services. We normally pack no more than 3 prints in a tube; larger quantities and sizes are sent in multiple tubes or flat-packed via courier.

All Royal Mail Tracking and Signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

EU: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland (Rep.), Netherlands and Luxembourg:

A3+ and larger – £9 (+£9 for more than 3 prints)
Larger than A1 - £22 (with a trade account)

EU: Corsica, Italy, Spain and Portugal:

Larger than A1 - £32 (with a trade account)

EU: Estonia, Canaries, Latvia, Malta, Romania, Turkey and Greece:

A3+ and larger – £14 (+£14 for more than 3 prints)
Larger than A1 - £36 (with a trade account)

Rest of Europe:
up to A3 – £12
A3+ and larger – £16 (+£16 for more than 3 prints)

United States & Canada:
up to A3 – £12
A3+ and larger – £16 (+£16 for more than 3 prints)
Larger than A1 - £36 (with a trade account)

Rest of the World, UAE and the Far East:

A3+ and larger – £25 (+£25 for more than 3 prints)
Larger than A1 - £90 (with a trade account)

Remote Area Delivery:
There's a £15 surcharge for all items delivered by courier to the offshore UK / Scottish Highlands.

Print and mount - Delivered in 10-20 business days

Delivery costs

For sizes below A0, delivery costs are added by default when you checkout; for larger sizes, you'll need to get in touch for a delivery quote. Because of the many options, you'll need to configure your mounted print to calculate an international delivery cost.

Turnaround times vary depending on the substrate (mount type):

Stretched Canvas - Delivered in 6 to 9 business days
Our stretch canvas prints are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked (up to medium parcel size) and via Fed Ex for larger items.

Surcharge for multiple items outside of the UK:
We will contact you about the additional charge before proceeding with your order (normally within 2 business days). The surcharge varies between £0 and £30 per item, depending on the destination and product type.

Self-serve frames - Delivered in 7 to 10 business days

The turnaround time for our self-serve frames depends on the job's complexity. Frames that are A2 and larger will be dry-mounted, which adds a day to the production time. Typically sent with Secure DX or DPD.

Taxes / Duties

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, clearance and local taxes. We do not currently offer pre-paid duties and taxes; we recommend you estimate the duties based on your average sale price using a calculator such as Simple Duty.
