UK delivery and turnaround

Royal Mail delivery includes offshore UK / Scottish Highlands / Northern Ireland, but there's a £15 surcharge for all items delivered by courier. 

• Total turnaround times comprise production time and delivery.
• Shipping to the mainland UK is included in our pricing (except for our print & mount products, where delivery is calculated on checkout if required).
• Trade customers receive free priority turnaround.

Giclée, rolled canvas, self-adhesive prints
- Delivered in 2-4 business days, priority in 1-3

Sizes up to A1 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked/Signature services. We normally pack no more than 3 prints in a tube; larger quantities and sizes are sent in multiple tubes or flat-packed via courier.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all Giclee prints with an order value of less than £100.00. This service is fully tracked and delivered within 2-3 days.

All Royal Mail tracked services include delivery confirmation using GPS and a Local Collect option at 10,000 Post Offices and 1,200 customer service points, or you can nominate an alternate delivery date or a safe place to leave your parcel.

Print and mount - Delivered in 8-16 business days

Collection

Our mounted products are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and bubble-wrapped with foam corners. They are ready to be collected or transported by a same-day courier that handles fragile items.

For sizes below A0, delivery costs are added by default when you checkout; for larger sizes, you'll need to collect or get in touch for a delivery quote.

Delivery costs

We are as economical with packaging as possible. We'll often deliver via a same-day courier if you're within a short radius. Otherwise, we'll use additional packaging and boxing when sending with an overnight courier.

For sizes below A0, delivery costs are added by default when you checkout; for larger sizes, you'll need to collect or get in touch for a delivery quote.

Turnaround times vary depending on the substrate (mount type):

Self-serve frames - Delivered in 5-9 business days

The turnaround time for our self-serve frames depends on the job's complexity. Frames that are A2 and larger will be dry-mounted, which adds a day to the production time.

Stretched Canvas - Delivered in 5-8 business days

Our stretch canvas prints are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked (up to medium parcel size) and via Fed Ex for larger items.
