Trade customers can benefit from our white label service. This needs to be enabled for you once you've got a trade account. If you already have a trade account and you would like us to enable this feature, please contact us.
Once enabled you can customise your dispatch notes sent to your customers and include a logo and some text. You can do this by logging in to your account and clicking the trade branding tab.
After you've added your information, you can preview the changes. Once you're happy with the look of your white label dispatch note, click save changes. You can see some screenshots of the interface and a printed dispatch note below.
We're currently only able to offer custom labels, inserts and hand-embossing for our giclee print products. Here is a summary of charges per order (based on an average of 1-3 prints per order):

Once charges are set up on your account, they are added to (the total) of each order you place; based on an average of 1-3 prints per order. If there are a large number of prints to be customised each month or only require bespoke fulfilment for some of your orders then we can work out an agreed average.
