Trade customers can benefit from our white label and bespoke fulfilment service. If you already have a trade account and you would like us to enable this feature, please contact us.
Once enabled you can customise your delivery notes sent to your customers and include a logo and some text at the bottom of the page. You can do this by logging into your account and clicking the trade branding tab.
After you've added your information, you can preview the changes. When you're happy with the look of your white label dispatch note, click save changes (see some screenshots of the interface and a printed dispatch note below).
We're currently only able to offer custom labels, stickers on packaging inserts and hand-embossing for our giclee prints and framed prints.
Here is a summary of charges per order (based on an average of 1-3 prints per order), inc. vat:

Once charges are set up on your account, the total is added to the first print of each order you place on checkout; and based on an average of 1-3 prints per order. If fulfilment is very time consuming, then we may have to give you a custom quotation.
Note: If you only require bespoke fulfilment for some of your prints, you can register a second account with us to use for those orders, where a fulfilment charge will not be applied.
How we determine pricing for white label services and bespoke fulfilment
We know that customers often have unique requirements. Rather than charging a "premium service" where one size fits all, we like to be transparent in our pricing and offer value to all our trade customers.
Anything that falls outside our normal workflow has to be collated, bagged and stored separately from other orders. This includes orders that customers come to customise and sign, where we have to make a member of staff available, and then re-check, re-pack and dispatch.
We're flexible enough to accommodate most requests and always happy to re-evaluate charges as your workflow grows or changes.
