Why should I photograph my originals?
Artists often document and archive their original paintings and illustrations, before they are sold. Once you have your artwork digitised, you can earn income by selling reproductions as open editions or try using our limited edition labelling service.
Why would I photograph my artwork instead of scanning?
Our scanning service accommodates media up to A2. Beyond this size, we use a high-resolution camera. We capture just as much detail, and it's more cost effective for you. There are also some types of media that photograph better.
Do I have to remove the original artwork from its frame?
In most cases, we can photograph your artwork whilst in its frame and without removing any glazing.
Can I send you my artworks or get you to collect?
If you're local to us, we would recommend dropping off and picking up your artworks yourself. However, if you're unable to do this we have some guidelines on how to package and send us your artwork, or we can arrange a collection.
Can you come to my studio and photography my artworks?
If you require us to shoot artwork on location, including art and gallery documentation, we can bring our setup to you, starting from £395 for up to half a day, and £495 for a full day.
