We recommend using a Chrome based web browser for uploading and ordering prints.
If you have a problem checking out or items are not adding to your basket correctly, you can normally resolve this by clearing the cache in your browser and then re-loading the page or restarting the browser.
Browser cache is temporary storage where your browser saves copies of website files—like images, styles, and scripts—so pages load faster on repeat visits. Clearing the cache removes these stored files, which can help fix display issues, outdated layouts, or problems after a website update, but may make pages initially load a bit slower until the cache is rebuilt.
Here are the steps to take in the relevant browser:
Safari on Mac
- Open Safari.
- Go to Safari → Settings (or Preferences) → Advanced.
- Check “Show Develop menu in menu bar”, then choose Develop → Empty Caches.
Chrome on Mac / Windows
- Open Chrome.
- Click the three‑dot menu → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- Under “Time range”, pick a range (e.g., All time), check “Cached images and files”, then click Clear data.
Edge on Windows
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the three‑dot menu → Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data → Choose what to clear.
- Set Time range (e.g., All time), check “Cached images and files”, then click Clear now.
