At our location
Our studio is very secure with roller shutters, bolt locks, and CCTV outside our entrance. We have insurance that covers individual works of art on site up to £5000 but cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of artwork valued in excess of this amount.
An artwork in excess of £5000 or total inventory value in excess of £10,000 will require your own insurance policy while your artwork is at our location, and it is your duty to check you have cover.
Storage of artworks
We have limited space and insurance cover for artworks at our studio and require prompt collection or delivery of your originals. If your artworks are not collected within 2 weeks of
approval of digitisation then we reserve the right to charge £15 per week per consignment thereafter.
We recommend dropping off and picking up artworks or using a same day courier for valuable items. We can arrange collection and return of your items using this method within London, and we can use next day couriers for less valuable items throughout the UK.
Artwork consignments valued in excess of £200
We suggest dropping off and picking up artworks or using a reputable same day courier service. We can arrange collection and return of your items for you using this method, please ask us for a quote.
Artwork consignments valued less than £200
We suggest dropping off and picking up artworks or using reputable overnight couriers or Royal Mail Special Delivery for items below this value. Unfortunately, there is no insurance available for artwork using these methods.
Artwork in transit insurance is available when using our same day courier service via Addison Lee. It is charged at £15 or 1% of the value of the consignment, whichever is greater. This must be agreed before the transit of your artworks and will show on your invoice as a separate item.
